This is a small apartment community down by the beach in Pacific Beach. You can hear the surf from every one of our apartments, and some have ocean views. Some are even right on the boardwalk. We have buildings that have been around since the 1940's and 1950's. Nothing fancy, just a place to call home by the beach. Different apartments have different floor plans. These are older buildings, so you won't find some of the amenities you might find in a newer building – such as dishwashers, garbage disposals or washers and dryers in the apartment. What you will find is the beach, buildings with character, and friendly people. Approximately 4 blocks south of Garnet Ave., you'll be close to all that Pacific Beach has to offer.
One pet less than 30 pounds welcome (pet deposit required).
Surf before work, walk your dog on the beach every day.
